I build practical AI applications around real problems.
I build AI applications and focused digital tools that turn ideas, workflows and everyday business challenges into something people can actually use.
Tell me about your idea →Turning ideas into practical AI applications.
Ideas are easy to collect. The harder part is turning one into something clear enough to build, test and improve.
My work starts with understanding the real problem behind an idea. What needs to become easier? What is taking too much time? What information is difficult to manage? And what would a useful first version actually need to do?
From there, I build a focused first version that can be used, evaluated and improved with real feedback. The goal is not to build every possible feature at once. It is to create something useful enough to learn from.
I use AI-first development to build practical AI applications quickly while keeping the process understandable and focused on what the application actually needs to do.
Build small. Test early. Improve with real feedback.
I would rather build a useful first version and learn from it than spend months trying to predict every possible requirement before anyone has used the product.
Start with the real problem
Before thinking about features, I want to understand what is difficult, repetitive or unnecessarily complicated today. Technology is useful when it solves that problem, not when it simply adds another system to manage.
Build the focused first version
The first version should solve the central problem well enough to be used and tested, without trying to become everything at once. A smaller working application usually teaches us more than a much larger plan.
Improve from real use
Once people interact with the application, their behaviour and feedback make the next decisions much clearer. That is where useful improvements, new workflows and better features begin.
Learning by creating working AI applications.
My portfolio is built around working AI applications and digital products rather than fictional design exercises. Each project starts with a different practical problem and requires a different combination of product thinking, interface design, workflows, data and AI.
Some applications organise information. Others help analyse data, simplify a client process or turn research into something easier to act on. The technology changes from project to project, but the principle stays the same: build around the problem first.
My current work includes audience research tools, conversion analysis, custom client portals and care documentation applications.

I like turning complicated ideas into something clear and workable.
I am naturally drawn to the point where an idea stops being a conversation and starts becoming a real product.
That often means taking something that still feels broad or complicated and reducing it to the first useful workflow, screen or application that can actually be tested.
I work best with people who know that something in their business could work better, even when they do not yet know exactly what the solution should look like. You do not need to arrive with a technical specification or every feature already decided.
We do not need every answer on day one. We need a clear problem, a sensible first step and enough curiosity to improve what we build.
Maybe your idea needs a working first version.
Tell me what you want to improve, simplify or build. We can start by looking at the problem and deciding what the first useful version needs to do.
